At HP, I led design strategy across 50+ printer programs — translating messy, cross-functional complexity into blueprint specs, design requirements templates, sprint cadences, and RACI-based steering that unified hardware, software, and cloud teams. The result: 4× design efficiency, +10 NPS, +13% CSAT.
At Samsung, I founded the Knox Design System — grounding it in user and business value from the start, so designers could build consistently and engineers could ship confidently. It earned a Red Dot Award in 2023 and delivered +15% user satisfaction and 30% faster development.
